Service Contribution Program
The Service Contribution Program was formed by the Service Department as a program to allow our customers to become more involved in local charity events. Every time you, as our customer, does business with our Service Dept. we make a donation to a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the Central Florida community.

LIBBY'S LEGACY BREAST CANCER FOUNDATION

Libby Maynard, was diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2005 and endured adouble mastectomy, chemo and radiation. Her attitude was amazing. She always had asmile on her face and had the most positive outlook even in the face of her owndiagnosis. She had more faith than anyone we've ever known! She made it throughher initial treatments and then was informed that the cancer was back in Septemberof 2005. She worked hard and loved her job. Unexpectedly in November of 2005, shewas let go from her job for being unable to perform her duties due to her cancertreatments. This loss added stress, nancial hardship and insurance struggles to the battle she was already courageouslyghting so hard to win. In January 2006, I took her for a second opinion. The doctor said the average woman in hercondition lived three to ve years. He told her to go do all the things she ever wanted to do. She didn't accept thisopinion, of course, and with a smile on her face, said "Well, that's the average woman, and there's nothing averageabout me!".

My Sister, Marty and I asked our Mom what she always wanted to do but hadn't yet. She wanted to cruise to Alaska andshe always wanted to see Italy. The cruise was planned for May.

She passed away 6 weeks later on February 28, 2006. We miss our Mom and we want change for cancer patients!

We Also want to prevent stage IV breast cancer and in keeping with that mission, Libby's Legacy gives breast healthservices to uninsured women in our community. We have given over 200 to date and have diagnosed 2 breast cancersand in doing so have literally saved lives through early detection.

Help us spread the word, help us make change! Help us raise awareness and take care of our mothers, sisters, wives anddaughters: OUR cancer patients! Let them enjoy their families so that they can ght this ght—not just surviving—but LIVING! Our mom was FUN. Our mom was strong. BACK TO SCHOOL PARTY AT DISNEY PAVILION OF FLORIDA HOSPITAL FOR KIDS

On Wednesday, August 4th the employees from David Maus Toyota and David MausVW hosteda Back to School Party for the children at the Disney Children's Hospitalfollowed by a pizza lunch!

Walt Disney Pavilion at Florida Hospital for Children is unlike any other place on earth. Here, the sound of achild's laughter really is the best medicine and the smile of a child leaving our hospital after treatment isour biggest reward. It is a special place, where the best medical team in the world has dedicated their livesto helping children of all ages regain their health and maintain wellness.
