Wholesale to the public is done out of the convenience for you, the customer. We are giving you the opportunity to purchase our pre-owned vehicles for what we can sell them for at auction. Wholesale to the public is a special discounted rate, lower than MSRP. We take in more than 400 trade-ins per month and only keep the best of the best. Only the vehicles that pass our 160 point inspection we keep and give you the opportunity to buy at wholesale prices.

What's the difference between loans and leases?

With a loan, you are borrowing money from the bank and making payments toward ownership of the car you have chosen and signed for. With a lease, you are not paying toward ownership, but the monthly payments are much less. At the end of your contract, you will either return the vehicle to us or can purchase it.

What are the restrictions for me if I lease a vehicle?

With a lease, you are to stay within the mileage bracket specified and are using the car for an agreed upon amount of time. In addition, because you do not own the vehicle, you can not modify it in any way.

Do I contact the insurance company myself or will you?

The customer is responsible for adding the vehicle to their personal insurance policy. You will need to contact your insurance company and provide them with the VIN number of your new car and your lien holders address. With this information they will add your new vehicle to your policy.

Can you setup automatic withdrawls or my new loan?

Seminole ToyotaĀ does not finance vehicles in-house. You will have the opportunity to setup automatic withdrawls with your bank on your new auto-loan. When you receive your payment statement from the financing institution with your account number, you will have the opportunity to set up automatic withdrawls at that time, if your bank provides that option.

Where do I mail my payments?

Depending on which financial institution you have secured your loan with will depend on where you will mail your payments. Usually, about 10-15 days before the first payment is due, you will receive your first payment statement. The statement will instruct you on how and where to mail your payments.

Do I have to come back to the dealership to get my car serviced?

If you have a service plan or a maintenance warranty are the only times when you are REQUIRED to come back to our dealership for service. We would love for the opportunity to work on your vehicle and make sure the service is done right.

How does the Loyalty Rewards program work?

- Household Driver #1 performs $200 service, earns 200 points.
- Household Driver #2 performs $150 service, earns 150 points, which brings entire balance to 350 and qualifies for $20 reward certificate.
- $20 reward certificate is mailed (can be redeemed for service on any household vehicle), and household now has balance of 50 rewards points.Ā Ā Ā
