The Toyota Avalon comes in three trims if you get the gasoline model, and it is produced in four trims if you choose the hybrid. The base model is the XLE. It has many standard advanced safety aids along with a roomy and tech-savvy cabin that includes an infotainment system with Amazon Alexa, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. The XLE is made in a gasoline-powered and hybrid model. Along with all the features that the regular XLE offers, the XLE Hybrid also has split-folding seats in the second row. The XSE Hybrid Nightshade is a trim offered exclusively with the hybrid version of the Toyota Avalon. The Nightshade has a blacked-out exterior, and larger 19-inch wheels painted black. It also has glossy black exterior accents for a dramatic look and a spoiler as a sporty detail. The Touring trim is limited just to the gasoline-powered Avalon. The Touring has a premium JBL audio system with 14 speakers. Navigation is also added to enhance the infotainment system. The exterior gets some modifications as well, with the addition of automatic LED headlights and daytime running lights. The headlights also have smoked chrome bezels for a unique appearance. The Limited is the next trim, and it's available in a gasoline-powered or hybrid trim. The Limited has chrome-finished alloy wheels. Its interior features an enhanced JBL sound system and leather upholstery.

2022 Toyota Avalon Horsepower

For power, the 2022 Toyota Avalon uses several different engines. The standard engine is a gasoline engine with six cylinders and a displacement of 3.5L. The Toyota's base engine provides it with just a touch over 300 HP in maximum power. The base engine delivers nearly 270 LB-FT in torque as well. This engine and the engine that powers the Touring trim, which produces 205 HP, come with an automatic transmission. The hybrid engine can generate 215 HP.
